Early Childhood Associates provide professional development for educators, administrators, human service providers, and members of the PreK-12 workforce. We have provided technical leadership to 14 State Departments of Education, including California, Hawaii, Maine, Michigan, Alabama, Virginia, Oklahoma, New York, New Jersey, Vermont, Puerto Rico, Massachusetts, Georgia, and West Virginia, and school districts and local education agencies in 65 cities and towns in Massachusetts. We have harnessed the talents of more than 2,000 teachers — impacting nearly 10,000 children.

Our staff talked about creating a mentoring program to support our newer teachers, but we needed some help. Early Childhood Associates continues to show us new tools for making our mentoring program a great success.
It is amazing the changes we all go through by just showing up. I look around me and I see many people fulfilling goals. I’m not the only one going through changes. My children are too. By attending school, it makes my kids want to learn more.
